Cancellation of booking in the name of no prepayment!!

This property clearly states no prepayment and has no way to pay; no phone calls answered!! But they wrote to me on booking.com to cancel my booking because I had not done ant prepayment!! where do I pay!.Its a religious convention that i intended to attend ; and with no family friends in Colombo online booking was my only hold; but what i got to know is when approached at the desk of the property they had rooms at higher rates!! why screw travellers then! and the property is still available on booking.com!! Disgraceful!

Simple rooms with basic features - bed, sofa, chairs, AC, private bathroom. Rooms are large. Bathroom was outside which was strange, but okay. Rooms have quite a climb though, 2 flights of narrow steep stairs with luggage was bit dangerous. WiFi was patchy for second night. About 8km from Galle Face Green area. It's okay for about LKR 4000 per night though specially if you are large group.

Its normal place for staying here, the room is clean bud the service is very weak they give us all cash first day and its not seems good. We stay here for 2 night There is very noisy here we cant sleep

L'hôte a été très accueillant et sait se rendre disponible La chambre est très propre et spacieuse, nous avons très bien dormi à quatre L'appartement est très bien placé et facile d'accès en transports en commun!
